Will AI commentary distract me while riding?
No. In a 45-minute ride, the AI speaks for approximately 19 seconds total — less than 1% of your ride time. Every broadcast passes 4 gates before it reaches your ears. Silence is the product.
What if I don't use Strava?
Ride Director works standalone. You get AI commentary based on your ride data within the app. Connecting Strava unlocks segment-specific commentary, PR history, and auto-upload — but it's optional.
Do I need AirPods specifically?
Ride Director is optimized for AirPods (squeeze-to-talk uses AirPods controls). Any Bluetooth headphones will work for receiving commentary, but AirPods provide the best Team Radio experience.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Pro is billed through the Apple App Store. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
How many people can join Team Radio?
2 to 5 riders per session. One person creates the ride and shares an invite link. Others join with just a name — no registration required to participate.
